Private Hire Games
For private hire games, we implement a structured payment process where the payment is securely held in escrow. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and thus, we have outlined our refund policy as follows:
Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your game reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
Partial Refund: In the event of cancellation within 24 hours before your game's start time, a 50% refund will be issued. This partial refund compensates our dedicated Rolldark Game Master for the extensive preparations made for your game. Additionally, it acknowledges any travel arrangements and time taken off work, which might have been made to accommodate your booking.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your game to another date rather than cancel it, we do not charge any extra fees for this service.
Public Games - Online & In-Person
Our refund policy for public games is as follows:
Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your ticket purchase up to 72 hours before the game's scheduled start time.
Campaign Tickets: Refunds are unavailable for campaign tickets beyond your attendance at the 2nd session. If you request a refund for a campaign ticket after the first session, you must submit your request within 24 hours of the first session's conclusion.
In-Person Events
For in-person events, we have specific considerations due to the unique nature of these experiences:
Full Refund: Full refunds for in-person events can only be provided if the cancellation is requested at least three months before the event's scheduled start date. This extended timeline is necessary to account for the substantial event costs incurred by our business and the extensive preparations required to deliver an exceptional experience.
