Every Sunday evening, RM Dungeon Masters (DMs) will unveil the upcoming week's game sessions to the RM subscriber base. Subscribers enjoy priority selection for their preferred session table until Monday at noon, when the sessions become available to Pay-to-Play (PTP) participants.
Sessions are scheduled for a duration of 2 to 4 hours, occurring a minimum of twice per week, with a maximum of 6 players per session.
Should a player fail to attend a session without notice, their reserved seat becomes available for immediate allocation to a new subscriber or Pay-to-Play (PTP) participant. The DM will promptly notify the community of the available spots.
Subscriber Guidelines
Subscribers possess the privilege of attending an unlimited number of RM sessions.
The transfer of a subscriber's session seat to another individual is strictly prohibited.
In the event of a subscriber's absence from a session without prior cancellation, the subscriber relinquishes the right to reassign themselves to the following week. However, under exceptional circumstances, an explanation for the absence within 24 hours may preserve the subscriber's Sunday night session tagging rights.
Cancellation of a session by a subscriber requires notification to the DM within 24 hours, allowing the slot to be offered to another subscriber. If the slot remains unfilled after 12 hours, it becomes available to a Pay-to-Play (PTP) participant.
Subscriber Limitation
During the initial 3-month game testing phase, we offer a limited 12 subscriber slots. This cautious approach ensures thorough testing of the concept while preventing overcommitment. Evaluation of this approach will be ongoing, with the potential for additional subscriber slots in the future.
Pay-to-Play (PTP) Participant Guidelines
Pay-to-Play (PTP) participants may join weekly sessions starting Monday at noon, contingent upon seat availability after subscriber reservations.
The flat fee for Pay-to-Play (PTP) session participation is £15 plus VAT.
Cancellation by Pay-to-Play (PTP) participants requires a minimum 24-hour notice, resulting in the forfeiture of the ticket value, deemed non-refundable.
Refunds for Pay-to-Play (PTP) participants are granted if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the session's start time. In such cases, the DM will announce the available slot.
No distinctions exist between subscribers and Pay-to-Play (PTP) participants, except for session booking privileges. All participants have equal opportunities to contribute to this innovative project.
